Death

The sign of the end of Roosevelt shows after he returned from Yalta conference 1945 during his forth term. He felt very week that he did not stand while talking in the congress.” Early in April 1945 he traveled to his cottage in Warm Springs, Georgia—the “Little White House”—to rest. “On the afternoon of April 12 while sitting for a portrait, he suffered a massive cerebral hemorrhage, and he died a few hours later” (Britannica Encyclopedia Online). He died before the war and before the V - E Day.
As an honor of his great works and his president stratus he was buried in a presidential train. His coffin was transfer to his hometown and buried at Rose Garden of the Springwood estate, New York.
